By accessing or using Shikshya360, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.
2. Use License & Data Ownership
Shikshya360 provides a license to use its platform for school administrative and academic purposes. While Shikshya360 provides the infrastructure, the respective educational institution (School) remains the sole owner of all student and institutional data uploaded to the platform.
3. User Responsibilities
Users (Admins, Teachers, Students, Parents) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any data entered into the system must be accurate and comply with local educational regulations. Unauthorized access to data of other schools is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
